By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in an event that includes access to the Castle Hill Farm Corn Maze, you acknowledge that you are entering an active, outdoor agricultural property and that participation involves inherent risks.

Castle Hill Farm and the corn maze include uneven and changing terrain, dirt paths, rocks, roots, holes, mud, vegetation, changes in elevation, fencing, farm equipment, animals, weather-related conditions, and other natural or man-made conditions. Certain events may take place during dusk or nighttime hours, when these conditions can be more difficult to see.

Guests are responsible for exercising caution, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, remaining on designated paths and event areas, supervising children in their care, and following all posted signs and instructions from Castle Hill Farm staff. Flashlights are strongly recommended for nighttime maze events.

By purchasing a ticket and participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with entering the property, participating in the corn maze, and attending farm activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold Castle Hill Farm, Inc., its owners, employees, agents, or representatives responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the inherent risks of the property or activities.

Tickets Purchased for a Group
If you purchase more than one ticket, you are responsible for all guests included in your ticket purchase and for ensuring that they are informed of the event rules, safety requirements, warnings, conditions of participation, and inherent risks described in these Terms & Conditions before entering the event.

Each adult guest remains responsible for his or her own conduct and participation. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors in their care and ensuring that they follow all safety rules and instructions.

All guests must follow instructions from Castle Hill Farm staff and remain within designated event areas. Castle Hill Farm reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Tickets are non-refundable due to a guest's inability or decision not to participate after arrival. Castle Hill Farm reserves the right to modify, delay, relocate, or close attractions or activities due to weather, unsafe conditions, operational needs, or circumstances beyond its control.

By completing this ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Assumption of Risk and acknowledge your responsibilities for all guests included in your ticket purchase.
